What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have partnered with Delhivery courier services for the shipment of products across India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.

What if I want to buy in wholesale or for reselling?

Being manufacturer, we have 100% control on required customization. Please connect us at info@jaipurcraft.com with your contact information, shipping address and the products you are interested in. We will get back to you to take things forward and assist you in getting the best products for your requirements.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from JaipurCraft. This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We ship international orders via manual mode or bulk orders for UK & Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East, South America, North America and Asia. International shipping will be available via jaipurcraft.com soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on 'Login / Register Now' on the top right of the page and log in to your account to check the order history and account information.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are: UPI, Online Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit or Cash Card. We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for now.

Do you deliver pan-India?

We currently deliver across India to all metros and major non-metro cities. We have tied up with reliable logistics partners that ensure safe delivery. We try our best to ensure there are no delays in shipment, but in certain cases it may be beyond our control.

What are the general shipping timelines?

Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours and are shipped through third party registered logistics service . For orders within Jaipur, Rajasthan, We deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.

Returns

How to get refund or exchange?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jaipurcraft.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item even if you get free shipping while buying the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@jaipurcraft.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 28, Bajrang Colony, Behind Shubham Hospital, Jhotwara, Jaipur - 302012 (Rajasthan) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
